Emergency Planning Guide for Outdoor Special Events

The Cass County Chapter of the American Red Cross has partnered with the Cass County Emergency Management Agency to prepare a planning guide that can be used for festivals and local special events. This guide, developed by the directors of the American Red Cross and Emergency Management Agency, can be downloaded free of charge here.

The guide includes contact information for local agencies, important plannning considerations, and a customizable template to simplify the planning process. Both the Red Cross and EMA will have personnel available to help in the planning process.
